Microgreens

 Normally microgreens go back within 3-5 days inside the fridge. When freeze dried, they can last up to 25 years when properly sealed, when opened they can be used for up to a year. Microgreens are young vegetables approximately 1-3 inches tall. These aromatic greens are rich in flavor and despite their small size they pack a nutrional punch, often containing higher nutrient levels than more mature vegetable greens. This makes them a good addition to any diet.
